MAGICALLY STARK

$540.00
SOLD OUT

This Magically Stark original acrylic painting is 18” x 24” and is set in a black floating frame, ready to hang.

This, the first painting in my Stark Series, came about as I was moved by the first snowfall of the season. It’s so magical. Every year. Every first snowfall is lovely. And though we know the truth of what is to come in a long winter, somehow this first snowfall brings a fantasy of hope that the entire winter will look and feel like this peaceful image. This year we’ll live in a snow globe. It won’t be too cold, there won’t be too much snow, winter won’t drag on until the month of May. Oh, the hope that comes with that first magical snowfall, when everything looks stark and inviting…a frozen pond in the clearing, cat tails still popping up through the snow, birds still making final decisions on when to fly south. This first snowfall is so Magically Stark.
